We bring families, educators, related service providers and experienced professionals together to create practical, individualized strategies that support each child’s unique needs.
Our services include educational consultation, occupational therapy support, behavior consultation, physical therapy support, counseling, social-emotional development, crisis intervention and suicide prevention, proactive support strategies for schools, parent coaching and professional collaboration. Families may receive individual services or choose a coordinated package that combines support from multiple specialists.
Through in-person and virtual sessions, our team listens to your concerns, identifies areas of need and provides clear recommendations, hands-on strategies, and ongoing feedback. Our goal is to strengthen communication, build confidence, and create meaningful connections between everyone involved in a child’s success.

Our Therapy and Related Services provide individualized, collaborative support for children, families, educators, schools and community programs. We work across home, school and community settings to identify each individual’s strengths, needs and goals while developing practical strategies that promote meaningful progress, safety and independence.
Our multidisciplinary services may include occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and language services, counseling services, educational consulting, social-emotional support, parent coaching and professional collaboration. We also provide Applied Behavior Analysis services delivered by qualified behavior professionals, including BCBAs, as well as behavior consultation, functional behavior assessments, behavioral screenings, testing and individualized intervention planning.
Our team may also provide crisis intervention services, suicide prevention support and coordinated crisis response for schools and organizations. These services are designed to help teams recognize warning signs, respond appropriately, develop safety procedures and connect individuals and families with the proper level of support.
Families may choose individual services or coordinated packages that combine support from multiple specialists. Schools and educational programs may partner with our team for student services, evaluations, classroom observations, behavior support, crisis planning, staff consultation and program development.
We also offer customized professional development and training for teachers, administrators and support staff. Parents are an essential part of every child’s support team. Our Parent Training and Parents as Partners services are designed to give families the knowledge, strategies and confidence needed to support their child’s development, behavior, communication and independence.
Our professionals work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to better understand their child’s strengths and needs, identify concerns and develop practical strategies that can be used during everyday routines. Training may address communication, social-emotional development, behavior management, daily living skills, toilet training, transitions, school readiness, positive reinforcement and responding to challenging behaviors.
Through individualized consultations, hands-on coaching, workshops and ongoing support, parents learn how to apply effective strategies consistently across home, school and community settings. Families may also receive guidance related to ABA, occupational therapy, speech and language development, educational needs, counseling and other related services.
Our Parents as Partners program strengthens collaboration between families, educators and service providers. By creating shared goals and consistent approaches, we help ensure that everyone involved in a child’s care is working together toward meaningful and lasting progress.

Our Professional Development services are designed to support educators, administrators, therapists, support staff and community professionals with practical tools they can apply immediately in their work.
We provide customized trainings, workshops and consultation based on the specific needs of each school, program or organization. Topics may include classroom behavior management, Applied Behavior Analysis strategies, social-emotional learning, inclusion, developmental needs, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, de-escalation, communication support and creating safe, supportive learning environments.
Training may also focus on understanding challenging behaviors, collecting and using data, implementing behavior plans, supporting students with disabilities, improving collaboration with families and strengthening communication among team members.
Professional development can be offered in person or virtually and may include single workshops, ongoing training series, staff coaching, classroom observations and follow-up consultation. Each training is designed to be interactive, relevant and tailored to the population being served.
Our goal is to help professionals feel more confident, prepared and connected while building stronger programs and better outcomes for the children, families and communities they support.
Our Vocational Training services help individuals build the skills, confidence and experience needed to prepare for employment and greater independence. Programs are designed around each person’s strengths, interests, abilities and long-term goals.
Training may include job readiness, workplace communication, time management, following directions, completing tasks, problem-solving, interviewing, résumé development, professional behavior and appropriate social skills in the workplace. Individuals may also receive hands-on coaching and support while exploring different career paths.
Through collaboration with ACCES-VR and partnerships with local businesses, we help connect participants with vocational assessments, job exploration, community-based training, internships and potential employment opportunities.
These partnerships allow individuals to practice real-world skills in supportive work environments.
We work closely with families, schools, service providers, and employers to create individualized vocational plans and ensure consistent support. Our goal is to help each participant discover meaningful opportunities, develop workplace independence, and take confident steps toward future employment.
